Every year, we celebrate the anniversary of Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies, as well as give out awards for individuals that have surpassed quotas and expectations set by the company. During the dinner, there are shows and dances – all performed by our own staff. It is interjected by handing out awards in between shows, where employees receive monetary prizes in conjunction with their work performance. The event ends when red packets are handed out to all the staff members who participated. A night of fun and excitement not to be missed!

For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, Globe Tobacco Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies Ltd, placed #8 amongst the top 10 taxpayers nationwide in the SGT bracket (Special Goods Tax). In the 2018-2019 fiscal year, we placed 15th. From the 2016-2017 fiscal year, Fu Xing Brothers Co., Ltd earned the #5 spot in Shan State in the income tax bracket. Globe Tobacco Co., Ltd received the #2 spot for highest tax paid in the commercial tax bracket For 2018-2019 fiscal year, Fu Xing Brothers Co., Ltd placed 28th in the Income Tax bracket and 46th in the Commercial Tax bracket.

Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2018 with shows and dances. During the event, we also gave out awards and prizes for employees that went beyond their call of duty and outperformed expectations. Staff members received praise, bonuses, and prizes as well.

At Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies Ltd, we firmly believe in fostering our employees to be more efficient, motivated, and to set them on a path of excellence. In 2017, we invited Pyay Khaing from MEI (Myanmar Excellence Institute) to help us achieve those goals. The seminar and workshop are aimed primarily at our sales team, on how to improve and in what ways can the sales team push themselves to achieve more. Furthermore, the program also helped employees realize their own potential and in what ways can they go above and beyond for the company’s benefit, as well as their own. We periodically hold training multiple times throughout the year, to ensure that our employees are becoming better than they were previously.
